General

Where is the Center located?
We are located at 4 Dufour Street in Lugano (behind the Italian Consulate at Via Pelli).
Is there reserved parking for patients?
The center does not have a private parking lot. There are multiple paid parking lots nearby along the street and parking garages such as San Giuseppe, Migros, and Balestra.
Is there access for people with disabilities?
Yes, the Center is located on the ground floor and there is a ramp for access with a stroller or wheelchair.

Do you keep continuous hours?
Yes, the center has continuous hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Are you also open on Saturdays?
No, we receive Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Treatments

How can I choose the ideal treatment for me?
It would be advisable to make an appointment for a consultation to evaluate the most appropriate treatment for your specific case.
Can I receive treatments at home?
No, treatments are carried out in the studio through a synergy of technologies.
What treatments do you offer?
The center offers a wide range of treatments, from injection treatments such as botox and fillers to noninvasive body reshaping, laser hair removal, and deep facial cleansing.
Can I do multiple treatments at the same time?
In specific cases and depending on the desired treatments, they can be carried out simultaneously.
Are there age limits for the treatments you offer?
An initial consultation appointment to evaluate the specific case is always recommended. Treatments such as facial cleansing do not have an age limit.

Payments

How much does an initial consultation cost?
The consultation for non-invasive/non-injective facial and body treatments has a cost of 100chf which will be deducted later from the treatment cost. On the other hand, for injective/mini-invasive treatments, the consultation has a cost of 150chf which will be subsequently deducted from the cost of the treatment.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept credit card payments.
Can I pay for services in cash?

Yes, we accept cash payments.

Can I installment payments?
Treatment installments can be made in the case of packages, for which, as an alternative to full payment in advance, we ask for a 50% down payment with the balance to be made by the middle of the treatment course.
When do I have to pay?
The balance of treatments takes place in advance or at the conclusion of the treatment itself.

Appointments

How can I make an appointment?
You can contact us via whatsapp, phone or email. Please visit the Contacts section.
How can I cancel or change an appointment? (Cancellation policy)
We ask for at least 24 hours notice prior to treatment. If cancellations are made within 24 hours, the treatment fee will be charged.
If I can't make the appointment at the last minute?
If you have a contingency we try not to have to resort to the cancellation policy. Unexpected events can happen, we kindly ask to be notified in time so that we can reschedule the appointment as best we can.
What do I do if I am late?
In case of delay, we kindly ask you to notify us via whatsapp or by phone. Should the delay exceed half of the scheduled treatment time, we may consider rescheduling the appointment. In any case, the session should be terminated at the scheduled time to avoid having the delay fall on subsequent appointments.
Can I receive a consultation by phone?
General information regarding treatments can be obtained by telephone. However, it is always advisable to make a consultation appointment for the evaluation of one's specific case so as to obtain targeted information.
