What is it for
The non-invasive Biorevitalising Protocol exploits the synergy between different technologies applied to the area to be treated and PRX-T33, a powerful anti-ageing peeling. The special feature of this peeling is that it is a powerful bio-revitalising acid that does not cause exfoliation. This is possible thanks to its innovative formula that combines trichloroacetic acid and hydrogen peroxide, giving the skin greater radiance and firmness from the very first session.
How it works
Trichloroacetic acid combined with kojic acid and hydrogen peroxide performs its powerful biostimulating and anti-ageing action without causing irritation or particular redness. To further enhance the effect, depending on the skin type, the application of PRX-T33 can be intensified with Microneedling. This achieves a deeper action and stimulates a more intense production of collagen.
Frequently Asked Questions
During the preliminary visit, the initial state and desired goals are taken into consideration to determine the number of sessions required and their frequency. On average, an initial cycle of about 8 sessions, to be carried out every fortnight, is required to obtain visible and noticeable results. Thereafter, maintenance cycles can be scheduled less frequently.
The duration of each session is variable and depends on the objectives, the extent of the area to be treated and the treatments included in the Protocol. On average, each session can last between 60 and 90 minutes.
The Protocol's primary objective is to eliminate or minimise any possible side effects even in the short term. Moreover, even during the session, the treatment is pleasant and relaxing and can be practised at any time of day and in any season of the year.
Some treatments in the Protocol are not applicable in cases of pregnancy or breast-feeding and should therefore be excluded, but may be replaced by other treatments that do not have this limitation. In particular, Venus Legacy, used in this Protocol, is contraindicated in patients with metal prostheses, defibrillators, pacemakers or any other electromedical device implanted under the skin.
