What are the best active ingredients (supplements) for water retention?

In summer, it is common to find oneself at the end of the day with that annoying feeling of pensive, swollen, sometimes almost numb legs.

To best counteract these phenomena that are typical of the hot season, but from which some people always suffer, it may be useful to take specific supplements that promote drainage and blood microcirculation.

Among the active ingredients useful in reducing the problem of swollen legs are: Bromelain, Diosmin, Escin, Birch, Dandelion, Centella Asiatica, Hibiscus and Green Tea.

Not to be taken all at once, mind you!

There are in fact formulations on the market with the right doses, suitable for avoiding overdose risks.

If possible, avoid wearing trousers that are too tight, eating foods high in sodium and sugar, and try to keep your legs active with walks and refreshing swims, combining these activities with treatments that promote drainage consistently and effectively, such as our Cellu-lytic Protocol.

Let's also not forget that leg swelling may also hide medical causes and therefore, if it does not improve, may require specialist evaluation.
